About Technology & Cargo Visibility
Visibility is only useful if someone acts on it. Our vehicles carry GPS and every consignment is recorded in our systems from booking to proof of delivery, but the value of that data is in how it is used — spotting a deviation from a surveyed route while it can still be corrected, and flagging a halt that will put a delivery date at risk.
Operations, accounts, payroll and fleet management run on integrated systems, so consignment status, billing and vehicle records reconcile against one another rather than being maintained separately.
