Full Truck Load (FTL)
A complete vehicle assigned to a single consignment, selected against the weight and dimensions of the load. FTL suits plant despatches, raw material movement and heavy finished goods that must reach the destination without transhipment.

Dedicated Capacity
One vehicle, one consignment — no shared deck space.
No Transhipment
Loaded once at origin, unloaded once at destination.
Right Vehicle Type
Open, closed, trailer or multi-axle to suit the load.
Overview
About Full Truck Load (FTL)
Full Truck Load is the standard mode for heavy and bulk commercial consignments that need to travel as a single unit. The entire vehicle is committed to your cargo, so the load is secured once at origin and released once at destination — no consolidation hub, no intermediate handling and no waiting for other freight to fill the deck.
Vehicle selection is driven by the cargo itself. We match capacity to the actual weight and dimensions of the load rather than to a standard rate card, because deck length, axle loading and available lashing points decide what can safely be carried.
Cargo we carry on full loads
- Machinery, machine tools and packaged plant equipment
- Structural steel, plate, coil, pipe and fabricated assemblies
- Industrial raw material in bags, drums and bulk packaging
- Automotive components, white goods and palletised finished stock
- Chemicals and agrochemicals in approved packed form
- Defence and ordnance consignments under the required protocols
Fleet and equipment
We operate an owned and attached fleet of open trucks, closed-body vehicles, flat-bed trailers, multi-axles and containerised carriers, in payload capacities from roughly 9 tonnes up to full trailer loads. Where a consignment exceeds standard axle limits it moves to our project cargo desk and is planned as an ODC movement instead.
How a movement runs
- You share cargo weight, dimensions, origin, destination and the loading date.
- We confirm the vehicle type, an achievable delivery date and an itemised rate.
- The vehicle reports to your works and loading, lashing and securing are supervised.
- The consignment moves under GPS, with status reported by a named coordinator.
- Delivery is completed at the consignee premises and proof of delivery is recorded.
Documentation and compliance
Each movement travels with a consignment note, e-way bill and GST-compliant invoicing, with delivery confirmation captured digitally. In-transit cargo insurance is arranged against declared value before despatch, and any state permits applicable to the vehicle or route are obtained in advance.
Who uses this service
Manufacturers moving regular full loads between plants, warehouses and distribution points; EPC and infrastructure contractors supplying sites; and exporters and importers running cargo between works and port. Contract rates with committed capacity are available where volumes on a lane are predictable.
