A thinker and humanitarian, popularly known as “RK”, he has made his mark in the corporate world with a visionary, marketing-led approach. Known for his dynamism, sincerity and kind-heartedness, RK believes in “Simple Living, High Thinking”. He has made significant contributions to educational, medical, social and charitable causes — guided by the principle that “Service to Mankind is Service to God”.

Known in the trade circle as “Shekhar”, a man of vision. He started his career in a private firm and, through hard work and foresight, joined hands with Mr Rajendra Agarwal to start Adhunik Transport. His operational skills have been central to the company’s excellent growth across India.

A Finance Management graduate from Mumbai, with over a decade as a Whole-Time Director of a listed pharma company. Known for his corporate-compliance expertise, he has played a strategic role across many projects. Appointed as an Independent Director in 2016, he is an active member of the Bombay Management Association and CEO Association of Mumbai.

A second-generation entrepreneur who joined the Board in 2006 after completing his graduation. A visionary with the ambition to take Adhunik into a Fortune-class company in the near future.

A second-generation entrepreneur with rich experience in the transportation business. He joined the Adhunik Board in 2005 after finishing his graduation.

A second-generation entrepreneur with a flair for running corporate finances, budgets, accounts and audits. He joined the Adhunik Board in 2007 after completing his graduation in commerce.

A Commerce graduate with a Diploma in Computer Science. With wide manufacturing-accounts experience, he leads financial performance through capital allocation and portfolio optimisation, and has driven Adhunik’s shift to web-based, system-driven operations across Accounts, Payroll and Fleet.
