Known in the trade as “RK”, he founded the company in 1988 and has led its growth from a single Mumbai office into a pan-India heavy transport operation. He has also contributed extensively to educational, medical and charitable causes, guided by the principle that “Service to Mankind is Service to God”.

Known in trade circles as “Shekhar”, he co-founded the company with Mr Rajendra Agarwal after starting his career with a private firm. Operations have been his domain throughout, and the structure of the branch and fleet network across India is largely his work.

A Finance Management graduate from Mumbai with over a decade as Whole-Time Director of a listed pharmaceutical company. Appointed Independent Director in 2016, he brings corporate compliance and governance expertise, and is an active member of the Bombay Management Association and the CEO Association of Mumbai.

A second-generation entrepreneur who joined the Board in 2006. He leads client development, with a focus on long-term contracts with manufacturing and infrastructure customers.

A second-generation entrepreneur with extensive experience in road transport operations. He joined the Board in 2005 and works closely with the fleet and branch network.

A commerce graduate who joined the Board in 2007. He oversees corporate finance, budgeting, accounts and audit across the company.

A commerce graduate with a Diploma in Computer Science and wide manufacturing-accounts experience. He leads capital allocation and portfolio optimisation, and drove the shift to web-based, system-driven operations across Accounts, Payroll and Fleet.
